Day 6...

Got their weights last night and then again just now... so have now added Day 5 and 6 to the table...

All are gaining steady. The Liver Boy and Liver Girl 4 are running neck and neck at the back of the pack, but doing fine. The goal is for all puppies to be consistent in weight by 8 weeks of age. This is a pretty consistent litter.

It was a better night last night, but I think I am getting used to going on just a few tidbits of sleep here and there... just don't ask me to operate any sharp or heavy equipment for awhile.

I can see spotting just slightly through their coat. So far all look medium spotted, and Liver Boy looks the most open spotted at this time. Livers can be deceiving because the brown pigment does not show up through the coat as well as the black at this age. I am not trying to really see the spots at this time. Just want healthy, thriving puppies. The rest will be what it will be, and will be revealed later... (in short order actually in the big scheme of things).

Here are a couple new photos. I think they are from late last night... not sure. It's all blurring together today. They are so adorable... even at this young age.

The group late last night...

I believe the two girls both upside down!
