Puppies are up on their feet and toddling around, so CuTE! Eyes are starting to just barely crack open in the very corners on Black Girl 1. The others not yet... maybe tonight or tomorrow. Black girl one crawls/toddles over the edge of the whelping box and hollers for me to pick her up! REALLY??? I have spoiled one already!!!! LOL amazing! She likes to be cuddled, what can I say. I actually cried a tiny bit when holding her last night. I thought, No way this young of a pup understands cuddling yet, with eyes still closed and ear canals not open yet... could she be a reincarnation of Millie? Of Shady Lady? Starlet? Barkley? Perky?...of one of my past fur kids? Wow, I hate to think of that because the one that chooses me is not always the one that I keep... :(
The one that does NOT like to be held is Liver Girl 2. She is a stubborn butt at this point. She is the biggest and it's all about her right now. :) Things will change as the eyes and ears open up and she discovers there is a whole world out there. Right now she is just a little narcissistic! :) I will keep on loving on her and she will be fine... there is always one in the bunch. Girl 3 is loving too, and Liver Girl 4 and Liver Boy are pretty complacent at this point.
