66 Days...

Siena giving Julia a hug!
Cacy just melted in Lisa's lap
Too tired to post much tonight. Siena went home with Shirley May last night. I posted some photos from the afternoon activities. We had a great visit! Shirley brought along two new Dal lovers... well one new Dal lover Julia and her mom Lisa (who we think is now a Dal lover)! LOL
We had a great time playing with pups, introducing James Brown and Onyx to the pups and visa versa. A nice lunch in Lindsborg at the Brick House Grill. Desicions, paperwork, and then goodbye! :( I know Siena is going to a wonderful home with a great friend, so I have no worries and will get to visit! She will have a great career as a Therapy Dog/READ (Reading Education Assistance Dog) as well as a beloved companion.

Shirley called and said she is PERFECT! I said, I thought you said James was Perfect? Shirley said she has two perfect dogs then. LOL! Siena is a great pup, but I warned Shirley she just may have her company manners on. However she is extremely smart and learns fast. They really are a good group.

Tomorrow, Sergeant is going to his home I believe. Today I moved them into individual puppy crates for training. It helps with the potty training. They really have been doing so well, I did not once have to clean up poop in their puppy pen in the house! I am SERIOUS! This was an AWESOME easy litter! :) They always cried and I let them outside and they would poop. Being seperated and in individual crates witll teach them to be confident outside of their puppy pack, and to not go potty in their crate.

They spent most of the day outside in a safe puppy play area... two x-pens put together with lots of toys, water and some chew bones. They didn't like it much. I thought the blanket looked inviting... so I got in there and layed down on the blanket. They settled right now and cuddled up and took a nap. :)

Gaylynn sent me another story of her Gracey pup... Enjoy!
"Celebrating one week with JLS Tasmanian Gone Wild aka Gracey LOU What Are You Up To? LOL I only have 5 shark teeth puncture wounds on my hands and arm and who knows, I might have some hair missing on my head by the way she runs her little snout thru it. Um…last night I ran an errand so I put her in her crate. There’s a sheet I use at night to cover it and I fold it back in the morning…came back to find she had pulled the whole darn sheet thru and made herself a bed out of it!
She’s one smart ornery girl. My neighbor (Bill Jr) came over to meet her. He said “she’s so pretty” and had a fun time playing with her. I’m so happy Lilly is being a good sport with her. Yesterday, there was a Kodak moment in the backyard and of course I wished I would have had my camera. Lilly laid down to sunbathe and little miss cutie po-tootie came over and laid down right next to her. It was so sweet!
I just sat there and enjoyed the beauty of the moment.

God bless you and have a great day!!

I love these stories and Gaylynn writes so well! Thank you! Hugs and kisses to Gracey Lou Who! :)
